They're around for 12 hours a day, but if you think you'll get there after 6:00 pm, it'd be nice to give them a heads up. CHILDREN POLICY Children between the ages of 2 and 6. Under 2 years old an infant. When staying at Villas Verdes, all children must be accompanied by an adult. Over 6 years old, you'll have to pay extra to stay in the room. The room rates are based on two adults. This extra charge is $20,00 per night. HOTEL POLICIES Accepted Payment Methods We accept Visa, Mastercard or Cash. Please note that you must assume the extra charges for transactions on online platforms. Reservations Guarantee To guarantee your reservation you will be asked for full payment at least 24 hours before arrival. If we do not receive confirmation of payment, we will proceed to cancel and inform you via email, whatsapp or any other reservation platforms. Cancellations If a client cancels their reservation 30 days before the arrival date, they will receive their refund less the costs that this return process entails. If a customer cancels within 15 days of check-in date, a 50% charge will apply. If a client cancels less than 15 days before the arrival date, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation. No-shows If you do not show up you reservation will be cancelled and the total accommodation charge which will be applied. If you exprience any delays during your travel experience please let us know as soon as you can, in order to arrange a possible solution. During periods of high demand or major events and for certain packages we may apply a requirement for a minimum length of stay. You will be advised of this at the time of your reservation. Local Taxes All guest transactions carry a tax rate of 13% for accomodation and services Gratuities and Service Charges Tips and gratuities to our team members are at our guests’ discretion and we do not apply any compulsory service charges. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in our entire property. It's also against the law to smoke in enclosed public areas. But don't worry, there are plenty of outdoor areas where you can smoke if you need to. If you do smoke in your room, we'll have to charge you an extra night's fee to clean it up. Thanks for understanding! Small Pets and Animals Small pets are allowed with an extra fee of $4o dollar total. Please let us know in advance to approve this extra service. Additional Guests When you're booking a place to stay with us, the prices we give you are for two people sharing a villa.
