We want you to have an awesome time at Villas Verdes! That's why we made some guidelines to help make sure everything goes smoothly. These rules are for things like where you can go and what you can do while you're here. We hope you'll follow them so that you can have the best time possible!
Check-in starts at 2:00 pm
Check-out before 11:00 am
If you need to come earlier or stay later, you can ask the hotel staff and they'll tell you how much it costs. They're around for 12 hours a day, but if you think you'll get there after 6:00 pm, it'd be nice to give them a heads up.
Children between the ages of 2 and 6. Under 2 years old an infant.
When staying at Villas Verdes, all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Over 6 years old, you'll have to pay extra to stay in the room. The room rates are based on two adults. This extra charge is $20,00 per night.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, Cash. Please note that you must assume the extra charges for transactions on online platforms.
To guarantee your reservation you will be asked for full payment at least 24 hours before arrival. If we do not receive confirmation of payment, we will proceed to cancel and inform you via email, whatsapp or any other reservation platforms.
The policy for canceling a reservation is as follows: If a client cancels their reservation 30 days prior to the check-in date, they will receive a full refund. If a client cancels within 15 days of the check-in date, a 50% charge will be applied. If a client cancels less than 15 days before the check-in date, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
If you do not show up you reservation will be cancelled and the total accommodation charge which will be applied.
If you exprience any delays during your travel experience please let us know as soon as you can, in order to arrange a possible solution.
Rates and Minimum Length of Stay Requirements
Our rates vary by type of villa, availability, day of the week and season; weekends are always in high demand. During periods of high demand or major events and for certain packages we may apply a requirement for a minimum length of stay. You will be advised of this at the time of your reservation.
All guest transactions carry a tax rate of 13% for accomodation and services
Gratuities and Service Charges
Tips and gratuities to our team members are at our guests’ discretion and we do not apply any compulsory service charges.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our entire property. It's also against the law to smoke in enclosed public areas. But don't worry, there are plenty of outdoor areas where you can smoke if you need to. If you do smoke in your room, we'll have to charge you an extra night's fee to clean it up. Thanks for understanding!
Small Pets and Animals
Small pets are allowed with an extra fee of $4o dollar total.
Please let us know in advance to approve this extra service.
When you're booking a place to stay with us, the prices we give you are for two people sharing a villa. If you want to add more people to the reservation, you'll need to talk to our Reservations Team to find out how much it will cost. They'll be happy to help you out!
If you and your group are planning to stay in more than one villa, let us know ahead of time so we can help you check in smoothly. We love meeting everyone in the group and giving you the best service possible. We can also give you tips on fun things to do in the area and even help you get to and from the airport. Just give us a heads up and we'll take care of the rest!
